Degree Works will be unavailable Monday, July 10th from 4:00 PM to Midnight for system maintenance
The best way to print a Degreeworks audit is to launch the audit and then choose the SAVE AS PDF option. Once the Adobe window opens you can then hit CTRL/ P (or hit the printer icon).
Degree Works "500 Error" Access Message
In January of 2017 Degree Works was upgraded to the most recent version (4.15), we learned post-implementation that 4.1.5 contains an issues that causes users to occasionally get an "error 500" message when the user attempts to access the degree audit. This error can occur in any of the supported browsers. Ellucian expects to release a new version (4.1.6) that will fix this error. In the meantime, if you receive this error you should log out of Degree Works and log back in. Most of the time the user will not get the error on the second attempt. Degree Works how to for Students
Login to Degree Works using your network credentials (i.e. the username/password you use to access Blackboard and campus computers). If you are unable to login, please contact the RITE Support Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 716-878-4357.
For security reasons, please remember to log out and close your web browser when you are finished with your Degree Works session.
