Instructions for Students Adding FERPA designees:

Students login to Banner to provide their Ferpa consent to add/modify designee (PDF)

Instructions for Faculty and Staff Viewing FERPA Designees:

Faculty/Staff Login to Banner SSB and view a students FERPA designee (PDF)

The FERPA is good for one year from the date in which the student edits or submits the FERPA.

*Please note, anyone with a FERPA note previously on Degree Works, those notes have been moved to Banner for students who did the paper form in 2023-2024.
