Degree Works "500 Error" Access Message
In January of 2017 Degree Works was upgraded to the most recent version (4.15), we learned post-implementation that 4.1.5 contains an issues that causes users to occasionally get an "error 500" message when the user attempts to access the degree audit. This error can occur in any of the supported browsers. Ellucian expects to release a new version (4.1.6) that will fix this error. In the meantime, if you receive this error you should log out of Degree Works and log back in. Most of the time the user will not get the error on the second attempt. Any further difficulties please email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the RITE desk.
